After more than twenty years in the restaurant industry and working behind the stove, I decided to change my professional path in order to settle permanently in Burgundy.

 

I have now set up my culinary workshop in Mouffy, where I prepare a range of products that I sell through a network of local partners.

During your visits, you may well come across some of my products sold under the La Cuisine Est Amour brand.

 

In my kitchen, I accept only the very best ingredients for each dish I create. Over time, I have built strong relationships with local producers of meat, vegetables and fish, allowing me to work almost exclusively with local, fresh, seasonal and predominantly organic products. I know each of them personally and fully support their methods of production.

 

I offer two options, which can be combined.

 

Private chef

 

 

I come and cook among you in the house, preparing a full meal served to the entire table. It’s a wonderful moment of exchange, sharing, and gastronomic discovery. gastronomiques. Prices start from €60 per person for a menu including an aperitif, starter, main course and dessert. Wine pairings can be added upon request if you wish to match your dishes with wines from the region (or not). As each experience is unique, let’s design your evening together.

I already work very regularly in the following holiday homes: La Maison d’Aubigny (Taingy) and Château du Colombier (Mailly-le-Château).

 

Ready to (h)eat

 

I prepare dishes in advance, which are packaged and ready to be reheated by you, following my instructions.

 

This way, you can also relax without worrying too much about your meals and fully enjoy your evening.

Each dish is unique and prepared especially for you.

 

Creating these dishes takes a great deal of time, which I must factor into the price, in addition to other costs: time spent sourcing ingredients (as distances are long in rural areas), preparation time, packaging time, and delivery time.

But what truly matters is that you enjoy a delicious meal in your holiday home—and that is exactly what I wish for you. Please feel free to ask me for any other recipe you may have in mind.

 

A contribution to delivery costs will be requested depending on the distance to your holiday home.
